Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, and chemicals as they may deteriorate the structure of the metal over time. Each chain reacts differently to exposure, please refer to our "Chain Information" page.
Your jewelry is designed to be worn daily, including in the shower, pool, and natural bodies of water. However, exposure to chlorine pools and hot tubs may affect the longevity and appearance of your jewelry. For more detailed care instructions, please refer to our “Chain Information” page.
We are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost, snagged, stretched or broken chains (except at the jump ring). If the chain breaks at the jump ring, repairs can be made as long as you still have the chain. If the chin breaks at the jump ring after 30 days a $5 re-weld fee will be required
If you wish to remove your chain, carefully cut it at the jump ring (the weld spot) using nail clippers or scissors. If cut at any other point, it cannot be rewelded.
